Vinnie The Torch (and Sons), Inc.

Q & A

Does Vinnie do anything I can get in trouble for?

Absolutely not. You are completely protected by the attorney-client-privilege, so that you never have to worry about trouble. While it's true that in the past some of our associated sub-contractors have acted on their own without our permission, our clients have always remained out of the system and record-free.

How do I pay Vinnie's firm?

Because Vinnie and his family/staff are concerned about the security of your private financial information and want to protect you from identity thieves, all financial transactions with his firm are conducted in cash and collected by Alfonso, our security chief so that you never have to reveal your bank or credit card information.

Is there any guarantee that Vinnie's advice and service will work?

Vinnie has never had a dissatisfied customer actually come forward to make a complaint. Although it's quite normal every once in a while for someone spending money to suffer from a mild case of 'buyer's remorse', it soon clears up once they meet with our Nunzio in our Complaint Department and realize that they have benefitted from doing business with Vinnie's organized outfit.

Must a client participate in Vinnie's services?

Not at all, in fact, quite often Vinnie will suggest that a customer take some time away from his business during a certain period… somewhere out of town on a vacation, where he can be seen by many others while he's there. That's how much Vinnie cares for the mental relaxation of his clients that's so successful in business nowadays.

Is Vinnie hiring? And if so, what are the requirements?

Vinnie appreciates and is honored by all requests to work with us, but we are a family organization composed only of 'made' guys (those that have 'made' a success of themselves in the family business) and in whom we trust with our lives… and that's the type of loyalty only seen in organizations like ours that offer a guarantee of lifetime employment no matter how short or long that might be.
